The project involves the restyling of three high-end apartments located in Cadenabbia, within the exclusive setting of Lake Como, designed for an international clientele seeking refined and functional living spaces.

The intervention focused on redefining the internal layout, enhancing each unit through a more fluid and contemporary spatial organization, improving both the perception of space and the relationship between living and sleeping areas. Particular attention was given to natural light, spatial openness, and visual continuity—key elements in increasing the value of properties within the luxury real estate market.

The interior design concept is developed through the use of premium materials, carefully curated color palettes, and bespoke details, creating interiors that are both sophisticated and welcoming.

Each apartment has been conceived as a unique product, while maintaining a coherent architectural language that defines a strong and contemporary identity.

The project also represents a targeted real estate enhancement strategy, where architecture becomes a key tool to elevate the market positioning and attractiveness of luxury apartments on Lake Como.
