The project involves the renovation of a former office property in Como city, transformed into a boutique hospitality space with three bespoke suites.

The design focused on spatial organization, optimizing the available surfaces to create welcoming, functional, and well-proportioned interiors. Despite the limited size, the layout allows for one double room and two triple suites, all featuring spacious and bright en-suite bathrooms. To differentiate each suite while

maintaining a coherent architectural language, the design uses color across walls and ceilings, combined with distinctive bathroom finishes. The result is a balanced composition of spaces, where each suite has its own identity within a unified design vision.

The project also represents a replicable model of real estate enhancement, demonstrating how former office spaces can be transformed into high-yield hospitality assets within the urban context of Como.
